Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the pamantasan platform. By creating an account or accessing any part of the site, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering, or using the pamantasan platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

3. Account Creation and Security
To access the full pamantasan platform — including sportsbook betting, live casino, slots, and bingo — you must register an account. You are responsible for providing accurate personal information during registration and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
You must not share your username or password with any other person. pamantasan will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. pamantasan reserves the right to verify the identity of any member at any time. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in temporary suspension or closure of your account. Each member is permitted only one registered account. Duplicate accounts may be closed without prior notice.
4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules
As a pamantasan member, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not engage in any activity that could disrupt, damage, or interfere with the platform's operation or other members' experience.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the platform.
- Exploiting system errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for unfair advantage.
- Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of fraudulent activity.
- Opening multiple accounts to circumvent account restrictions or take advantage of promotional terms.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or account verification.
- Using the platform in connection with any criminal activity, including money laundering.
Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
5. Payments and Transactions
All transactions on pamantasan are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Members are responsible for ensuring that the payment methods they use are registered in their own name. pamantasan does not accept third-party payments — deposits made from accounts belonging to another person will be returned and may result in account review.
Deposits are credited to your account once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of identity verification procedures. Processing times vary depending on the selected payment method.
pamantasan reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Members are encouraged to review the FAQ page for information on specific payment methods, minimum deposit amounts, and withdrawal procedures applicable to Filipino members.
All transactions are final once confirmed. pamantasan will not be liable for losses arising from incorrect payment details provided by the member.
6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pamantasan, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of winnings, data loss, interruption of service, or any technical failure beyond our reasonable control.
The platform is provided "as is." While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, pamantasan does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues. Scheduled maintenance, network outages, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.
Intellectual Property
All content on the pamantasan platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and design elements — is the property of pamantasan or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission. Unauthorized use of platform content may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Changes to Terms

pamantasan reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account where there is reason to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated, fraudulent activity has occurred, or a member poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In such cases, pamantasan may withhold account balances pending investigation.
